The Tasting House is a Wine Bistro located in Los Gatos, California.
Where we believe most wines are better with food, and most foods are
better with wine. A perfect pairing is an experience everyone should
enjoy....often.

Our unique approach to food and wine means we are "wine first". We
first curate the wine list which includes more than 50 wines by the glass
and half glass, and then we design a food menu that specifically
complements the wine.

Tasting House’s kitchen is now led by Executive Chef Julian Silvera.
Julian spent his early culinary career in restaurants in his native NYC,
working with chefs like Wylie Dufresne and Nahid Ahmed. He then took
his talents to Orlando, Florida’s Knife and Spoon, where he helped
garner a coveted Michelin star for the restaurant. Chef Julian is
passionate about sourcing hyperlocal ingredients and has a strong focus
on sustainability.

Our passionate team, which includes ten sommeliers, is proud to offer
our guests more than 500 Old World and New World wines by the
bottle, sourced primarily from small producers, historic wineries, and
winemakers with stories to tell.

The Chef ’s five course tasting menu will consist of fresh seasonal
produce and proteins, each dish paired with wine.
