A love of wine and hospitality in equal measure: Varinder and Anita Sahi, owners of Copia Vineyards and Winery, produce elegant Rhône varietal wines. He from an engineering background and she from the world of fine dining restaurants, together they came to Paso Robles to make wine from the ground up, one small lot at a time. You are invited to experience the story of two explorers, enjoy the wines that they craft and hear about the land that continues to inspire them. Your private tasting with our wine educator will include a flight of 4-5 wines paired with a curated culinary pairing.
Enjoy world-class music at LIBRETTO Paso. Libretto is a live performance venue located in the heart of
downtown Paso Robles. Libretto is fortunate enough to have the opportunity to host world class talent on a weekly basis featuring the best in Jazz, Blues, Classical and Opera. This space was designed and created with no detail overlooked to ensure the highest quality experience for both patrons and performers alike. Seating an intimate 62 people per show, the centerpiece of the venue is a very special 2012 Steinway & Sons Model D, a 9' full concert grand that has been regarded as one of the best pianos in the world by its players. This space is the site of the Old Paso Robles Opera house from 1919. Shows typically happen on Friday and Saturday nights at 6:30 pm with an occasional Thursday offering.
