This is an incredibly special auction lot, being offered by Oceano Ordoñez. Oceano is a professional sommelier and winemaker, but is also both a past scholarship recipient of the foundation and one of its newest board members. He is offering two rare bottles of his Ouroboros wines, as well as his services as a private wine cellar consultant. By purchasing this lot, you will not only be supporting the foundation with your bid, but also directly supporting the career of one of our superstar students.
In his own words: "Thanks to GWEF's assistance and what I learned in the WSET 3, I took over as head sommelier and was soon promoted to Wine Director. This course was also key in helping me fine-tune the winemaking process to improve quality as I launched my own line "Ouroboros Wines" ~ Mystical, Elegant, Luxury Wines. Since then, I've been also curating delectable, private wine experiences all over the world as a luxury sommelier and cellar/experience curator. I now get to give back to GWEF and offer my wine and services to help raise funds for future students to come."
