Houndstooth was started in 2011 by husband-and-wife team Scott Brenner and Kelli White, known for their award-winning work creating the world-class wine list at PRESS restaurant. Kelli is also the author of the authoritative Napa Valley: Then and Now and the newly released Wine Confident: There is No Wrong Way to Enjoy Wine.
Scott and Kelli produce a limited amount of wine from select sites across Northern California. Being seasoned wine professionals, they bring experienced palates, a commitment to quality, and a pure love of wine to their project. New oak and heavy extraction are never employed. Houndstooth wines are crafted to honor their vineyard sources and place site expression above all.
This item is a mixed case of their two wines, Barbera from the Sierra Foothills and Pinot Noir from the Sonoma Coast. The winner will get six bottles of each variety, from several different vintages.
