Casa Azul tequila is crafted organically at Tequila Las Americas, NOM 1480. Owned and operated by the Montes family—third-generation agave farmers turned distillers. Our agave plants are grown on a single estate near the distillery itself, thriving on the mineral-rich, dark volcanic soil of the Lowlands. Each plant is tended by hand until fully mature—no pesticides or chemicals, and USDA-certified organic. Our piñas are baked low and slow in a traditional stone oven. Natural, open-top fermentation with wild yeasts enhances the natural aromas and creates a more full-bodied tequila. After fermenting, the tequila is twice distilled in pot stills then rested for two months, allowing it to aerate naturally for a smoother, softer profile before aging. In our house, we believe the finest tequila is ultimately an expression of the finest agaves.

Anejo
Experience a rich tapestry of taste with our organic Añejo, where velvet layers of buttery vanilla and sun-soaked caramel intertwine with a touch of seasoned oak. Hints of cracked pepper and vanilla lead to a smooth, lasting finish that
is as bold as it is balanced.

Reposado
With a rich, velvety texture, this organic Reposado connects you to its agave origin, revealing layers of buttery vanilla, sun-soaked caramel, and a touch of oak, delicately intertwined with the warm, earthy essence of baked agave with a smooth finish that lingers for just a moment.

Blanco
Delight in the crisp zestfulness as bright citrus notes blossom on the palate, underpinned by the invigorating hint of white pepper. Our organic Blanco tequila captivates with the taste of baked agave richness, weaving the earthy soul of the agave plant into every exquisite sip.

This auction lot contains three bottles of tequila, one each of Casa Azul's Anejo, Reposado, and Blanco tequilas.
