This is Iron Horse’s most romantic bubbly, and in magnum format, it's twice as romantic.  They describe the 2019 vintage as dangerously easy to drink.  Fruit forward and elegantly dry, this irresistible bubbly displays ultra-tiny bubbles and an exceedingly long finish. Wedding Cuvée is the winery's interpretation of a Blanc de Noirs. In blending this wine they chose Pinot Noir lots that were extremely expressive and fruit-forward. Then in a decided step away from convention, they blended in a bit of steely Chardonnay to add a firm acid backbone. It is aged for three years on the lees before disgorgement.
