Premiering in January 2025, Laurel Glen Vineyard is offering a tasting showcasing 30 years of their Estate Cabernet Sauvignon. The tasting consists of 5 wines selected from vintages of the 1990’s, 2000’s and 2010’s and is paired with a selection of complex bites prepared by Chef Fiorella Butron of Allikai in Sonoma as well as a keepsake folder.
Laurel Glen Vineyard, a thousand feet up the slopes of Sonoma Mountain, has long been considered one of the iconic Cabernet Sauvignon vineyards of California. First planted to Cabernet Sauvignon in 1968, the vineyard’s combination of high altitude, eastern exposure and rocky soils produce very distinctive wines. Today the vineyard is certified by CCOF (California Certified Organic Farmers.) Despite its small production, Laurel Glen Vineyard Cabernet Sauvignon has received international acclaim for its exceptional balance, elegance and ability to age gracefully.
