Your visit begins with a gracious welcome and a pour of our limited Faron White Bordeaux blend, savored from the vesubbteranean take in sweeping views of the Santa Ynez and San Rafael Mountains. Against this breathtaking backdrop, your host will share the rich story of the Star Lane Estate and its place within Santa Barbara wine country. From there, you’ll venture behind the scenes for an intimate guided tour of our winery and its subbteranean caves—where time, patience, and expertise shape each vintage. The journey culminates in a seated, formal tasting of our Cabernet Sauvignon portfolio, highlighted by the iconic Astral bottling, a true expression of the vineyard’s highest peaks.
