You'll begin with 20 minutes of silent, timed analysis using a WSET-style approach, followed by an interactive, CMS-style discussion where participants take turns presenting their observations, evaluating the wines, and drawing conclusions. Throughout the session, David — one of only 305 Master Sommeliers worldwide, and one of just 12 who also hold the Certified Wine Educator credential — provides expert feedback, guidance, and insights to help refine your tasting technique and analytical reasoning. The flight is tailored to participants and their areas of study, with an emphasis on classic grape varieties and wine styles from around the world, making this valuable practice whether you're pursuing WSET, SWE, or CMS certification.
