Lei is the 28-seat Chinatown wine bar The New Yorker crowned "the new crown jewel of Chinatown" — and in June 2026, the James Beard Foundation agreed, naming it Best New Restaurant in America. Founded by Annie Shi, fresh off winning the Michelin Guide's Northeast Cities Sommelier Award, Lei pairs a wine list built on small, lesser-known producers with a menu — developed alongside chef Patty Lee — drawn from Shi's own Shanghainese, Dalian, and Taiwanese American memories: cat's ear noodles with braised lamb, sweet-and-sour short rib made with fruit jam instead of sugar, eight-treasure rice pudding. Reservations here are notoriously hard to come by. Two guests will skip the line for a three-course, family-style dinner paired with a bottle of Lei's own exclusive bottling: MineraLei, made in collaboration with Emrich-Schönleber, one of Germany's most celebrated Riesling estates.
Your winning bid includes:
• Three-course, family-style dinner for 2 at Lei
• A bottle of MineraLei, Lei's exclusive collaboration bottling with Emrich-Schönleber
