Chef Cynthia Bloebaum will provide a session of delicious and informative fun.

You’ll choose from the list of topics and Chef Cynthia B will do the rest. A box of 

treats will be shipped or hand delivered to you.

You’ll receive:

8 different cheese samples

7 different 2 oz wine samples

3 of Chef Cynthia’s Jams or Condiments that are chosen to compliment the cheeses

Crackers or an appropriate bread for the cheeses.

Patés, spreads + other foods that accentuate the wine and cheese.

Chef Cynthia will host a zoom on a mutually chosen date. She offers a wide range of topics that you can choose from.  These include regional American or European cheeses or particular cheeses such as triple cream, cheddar, washed rind etc.

Chef Cynthia Bloebaum is a chef, cheese maven, WSET 3, IWS, caterer and business owner.  She has taught wine, cheese and food classes at UC Berkeley Extension, San Mateo Community College, Whole Foods and has conducted private sessions for 20+ years.
