About Minus Tide:
Since launching in 2017, Minus Tide has quickly emerged as one of Mendocino County's most exciting and interesting new wineries. Founded and run entirely by three friends who met at Cal Poly (Brad Jonas, Kyle Jeffrey, and Miriam Jonas), Minus Tide focuses on small-lot wines from distinctive, family-owned vineyards in Mendocino County, with an emphasis on organic, dry-farmed, old-vine sites. Minus Tide grew out of their love for the region and its wines, and is their humble contribution to the ongoing conversation about California's great wine regions and great vineyards. They use minimal intervention practices in the cellar, and their goal is to make delicious, balanced wines that they love to drink and that pair well with food.
